1. Acceptance
By creating an account on TestPath, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
2. The Service
TestPath is a QA learning platform offering structured learning paths, coding challenges, bug hunts, and community features. Some content is free; full access requires a paid subscription ($5.99/month or $50/year).
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
- Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings.
- Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis via support.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create (discussion posts, code submissions, notes). By posting, you grant TestPath a non-exclusive license to display your content on the platform.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: share solutions to challenges publicly, harass other users, attempt to access other users' data, or use the platform for any illegal purpose.
7. Data Processing
We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using TestPath, you acknowledge our data processing practices. For marketing communications, we require your explicit consent.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your privacy settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
TestPath is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts, without prejudice to your rights under GDPR to lodge complaints with your local data protection authority.
